Shipping across Qatar
Every candle is poured to order from our studio in Old Salata. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day; everything else goes out the next morning. Glass is wrapped and boxed upright so nothing shifts in transit.

Returns & exchanges
If a candle arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement, no questions asked. Unburned, unopened candles can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery — gift sets and custom orders are excluded. Studio pickup orders can be exchanged on the spot.
Order tracking
You'll get a WhatsApp message with your courier's number once your order leaves the studio. For anything else, our contact page reaches us directly.
